Good value, good quantity, good product
So you're looking for potassium. You checked the different methods available on how to get it, and it turns out all the tablets and capsules tend to have very low 100mg or less dosages. And now you're onto powders. This one seems a lot cheaper than the others on Amazon and for a good bit more. Should you get it?Yeah. It's over 3000mg a teaspoon and there's a whole pound of it here. The value is there. The taste is... not horrible. It's functionally like a slightly metallic salt. I mix it with unsalted broth from the store and it functionally just makes the broth tasty.I personally use it for extended fasting and it's difficult to get enough potassium. Sodium and Magnesium, no problem, but potassium? You're either going to need to swallow fifteen pills or just a half teaspoon or so of this in a cup of water.

Replace salt
It has a pleasant taste making food taste less salty and does not flear up blood pressure. It supplies potassium needed for body functions

Use in Homemade Dog Food
I use a tiny bit, about 1/4 teaspoon, in a couple of homemade dog food recipes. It is a good source of electrolytes for my small dog.

Easy way to cut sodium intake
Simply combine 25 g of this with 75 g of table salt; You'll never taste the difference and your sodium intake (and blood pressure, presumably) will go down. And you may get needed potassium.I am not a doctor. This is not medical advice!

Lower blood pressure naturally
Potassium helps to lower blood pressure, however I found out that you also need to take magnesium to help maintain the proper balance of potassium. I take both potassium chloride and magnesium chloride (2 pinches of each in a half glass of water) to keep my BP at normal levels. BP is 120 over 67 without meds.

Don’t buy
No matter what input the powder in, it still tastes like battery acid.

Not what I expected
It comes in a solid plastic container and it properly sealed. The container weighs 1 1/2 oz, and the container and mixture weigh 16 oz, so getting 14 1/2 oz of product. It says magnesium carbonate added, doesn't say how much. This is different from the additives for other brands of potassium chloride we have used. The texture feels like it may be a substantial amount. My husband is concerned as his doctor has instructed him not to take magnesium with certain of his medications in the morning. As I take both potassium and magnesium supplements, I would be glad of an amount per oz./serving as many other supplements report so I can better track my intake. It does not have the same sharp tang that the other brands we have been using have, it has a very mild unremarkable taste. This is good for adding it to drinks or other things to supplement potassium as it wouldn't alter the taste. less desirable if you are using it as a salt substitute and want it to add salt-like zing to foods. The container is half full, so half the possible product for the same amount of plastic, storage space, & shipping. The weight of the oversized container is included in the advertised weight. As the package weighs 1.5 oz., for every 10 bottles that is 15 oz. - more than what 1 bottle actually contains.

May be what I'm missing-vegan
I immediately took. Realized to take it separate from activated charcoal since that absorbs every nutrient from utilization. OMG energy abounds. I added this for detoxing from heavy metal thallium (and others) and will probably continue its use daily. Helps muscle twitching. I believe I have more strength in my legs which will allow me walking longer and stronger. Read FDA may use this in foods (tastes like salt) instead of sodium chloride. Doc prescribe to assist after effects of diarrhea. My friend has COPD and doc prescribed a little of this daily.
