If you suffer from migraines, you need these believe it or not they ease the migraine

I suffer from severe migraines and have been using these patches for years. They are game changers. Ice packs can be a pain- temp is too harsh to direct skin contact, but if you wrap it you can’t get the cool relief you desire. Plus you have to hold it on your head. When I have a migraine I want to curl up in a ball with my hands over my eyes.These patches stick to your forehead and do not loose their stickiness. I’ve slept a full night with them. They do not get rid of my migraines on their own but they do provide that cooling relief. I cannot live without these. Amazon has the best deal I’ve found.**Tip: cut them in half to get your moneys worth. I find that I do not need the entire strip to get the desired relief. Make sure you put the unused part back in the bag and seal or they will dry up.

Anyone who suffers from migraines and/or tension headaches needs to have some of these gel sheets on hand. You can use them with pain relievers, during that horrible time when you're waiting for the drugs to kick in--and when the drugs are wearing off and it's too soon to take more. They stay in place reasonably well while lying down--no problems while on your back, mostly OK when on your side. You probably wouldn't want to walk around or be in public with one of these on your forehead, but hopefully if you're feeling poorly enough to need one you're able to lie down in a dark room. The claim of lasting up to 8 hours is mostly true--they keep their 'cool' for quite a long time. They don't warm up quickly like a wet washcloth or feel too cold like some ice packs I've tried. I used to get them at a local grocery store which doesn't seem to stock them anymore--I'm so glad I can now get them from Amazon.

I like these cooling strips I just wish the ingredients were stronger and I wish they stuck to my forehead better and for longer. I do really like how cold they get the colder the better when migraines strike. Their so easy to apply and I know I'm glad I have them now ahead of the summer heat we'll have during the summer months bcus these will help keep my forehead nice and cold when migraines strike. I just wish that there were stronger ingredients in it like having peppermint oil added to this product I think would enhance the pain relief. I apply peppermint oil to my temples and forehead/back of my neck and shoulders let it dry and let it dry & add the strip it helps with migraine pain, I just wish it would stick to my forehead for longer than 4 hrs. I've even applied the strip without me putting peppermint on my temples and forehead and they still only stick for about 4 hrs I just move it a little and it resticks for about 2 or 3 more hours. I do recommend having this product in your arsenal of migraine headache toolbox everything helps. I would buy them again to have as a backup plan for migraine pain relief

I wish I could buy these by the case, if I could my house would be filled with them. I suffer with chronic sinusitis, which required three surgeries, and allergies, either of the two give me really bad headaches, or I end up with a migraine. The gel sheets feel so good on my forehead when I apply one, they get cool and stay cool when applied to my forehead, and will either get rid of the headache or it will come down to a easy to deal with level. I recently had bronchitis, ran a fever and had a really bad headache, the gel sheets were a God send as far as comfort goes. Also, they make it possible to either don't take medication or they help reduce the amount that would be taken for a headache of fever. Whether they work like this for every one or just me, please, please use or at least give the gel sheets a try, you will not be disappointed with them.

These gel patches are amazing! Each one lasts about 8 hours and is easy to stick on and peel off without any pain or irritation. This feels just like putting an ice pack or cool washcloth on your head which can help when you have a migraine or headache but without having to deal with a wet washcloth or melting ice.Because they stick to your skin it's easy to put it on your head, neck, or shoulder and leave it there. If you are lying down you don't have to worry about it falling off or causing discomfort or needing to balance it just right in order to stay on. This is really helpful when you have a migraine and need to lie down.In addition to putting it on my head, I've also used this to relieve shoulder pain. It can be worn discreetly under my clothing and the gel really does stay cold for 8 hours. I tell everyone I know about these now!

Not a big fan of these sheets. I love the BeKoool temple roll gel but these have a hard time staying on your forehead. I guess you could lie down and not move but I still don't like the lack of sticking to my forehead. I gave one to a friend who had a fever and he didn't like it either. That's too bad. The idea is great but there are a lot of other products you could use (even a cool washcloth). I wouldn't buy it again.
