Holy cats! This stuff is amazing! Flavor city in a jar. Put it on some hamburger steaks and amp up your dish. People will wonder why a cheap piece of meat is so good. You'll know why.

Bad packaging
The product was broken when it was arrived, but no return no refund, as Servesafe policy not good to eat, I cant tell the taste is good or bad, what I prefer Demi Glace is powder, this one is a paste, cant keep it long as powder.

Too sweet
The sauce has a good umami and authentic flavor but has a very sweet tinge that throws it off a bit, I will have to figure out how to use it, different than a regular demi

Really tasty
I've used this product to make omurice, it's really tasty and packa a lot of flavor. This is definitely not traditional western demi glace it's a bit sweeter
