This really works, my doctor recommended it and my bones are in perfect health

I believe that it is working (I've been taking it for a couple of years) as I had a bone density test recently with good results. Without this medication my test results are poor.Also good is that the pill doesn't immediately start to dissolve in my mouth nor does it have a bad aftertaste.I just purchased a bottle of it at a greatly reduced price, so that is something else in their favor.

So far these are decent quality. Only complaint is the thickness and size. They can be challenging to swallow.

My OB-GYN specifically recommended that I take this Calcium (Plus Vitamin D3). She mentioned that the D3 is very important for extra absorption now that I'm in my 40's. The pills are rather large (See pic with one on top of bottle). I don't have an issue with large pills, but if you do you might need to break it in half or something. Anyway, just following the doctor's orders. I'd recommend.
