This heartlake city hair salon is almost $20 cheaper than the heartlake hair salon but only about 70 bricks smaller. are they about the same?

Both sets are very similar in nature. The Hartlake hair salon is an older set that retired in 2016. The heart lake city hair salon retired more recently in 2021.
