Cheap price to keep a washing machine working
We have well water, these only last a few years, even if we buy the part from the manufacturer. As long as the motor keeps working I will buy and replace these to keep our old machine working. Easy to replace and works well.

Quick swap
Fixed the problem. Customer complaint washer has water in it but I haven’t done laundry. Ran test cycle and found the valve on cold not opening but partially open. 2 screws and 1 clamp later we are in business. It was very easy to replace and it saved the customer from buying a new appliance.

no leaks and worked perfectly
Works perfectly and not difficult to install. The electrical connection was slightly differnt than the original part but only required snipping the plastic that seperated the two leads and then it just slipped on the spade connection as it should. This old model washer is much faster and washes better than my new model water saving washer at my primary residence. We bring laundry up to the cabin at times because that washer is just better. huge success.

Did the trick and easy for DIY maintenance!
I had a leaky washer, and after trying to take the old hoses off and put them back on, my old mixing valve was kind of beat up looking. So, I ordered this part, and some new hoses.The hardest part of installation was my 5'6" self trying to wrangle the warped sheet metal that makes up the majority of my poor, beaten up washing machine. I only needed some chan locs to take off the clamp on the hose that connects to the bottom of the valve, and a flathead screwdriver to unscrew the valve from the back of the washer. The wiring is ridiculously easy to install, just plug it in.I'm not a repair person, but if my friend's top loading old school washer needed a new mixing valve, I'd be able to fix it for them easily :)
