I like this little steamer a lot! I was tempted to give it 4 stars but based on its price vs capabilities, decided to give it 5. I cook a lot and my kitchen does not have great ventilation. Because of this, cooking grease and residue builds up on surfaces. I was looking for something compact that was easy to use and powerful enough to blast through the grime. I am very pleased with the results! Not only did it do a great job with the grease but I was also able to use it to clean set in dirt from a threshold and also get baked on residue off of the inside of my oven door! Some of the reviewers have said that the sensor switches from green to red often and while this is true, I did not find it to be an issue - The steam pressure inside just needs to build up while you are using it. While I am sure that there may be more robust models out there, I have found this machine to be useful, easy to handle and includes great accessories for the price. If you are in the market for a light duty, daily cleaning machine, you will be happy with this one.

I got this specifically to clean my shower which had a layer of iron from our hard water on the bottom half. I am happy to report that this steam cleaner helped get that grim off. It did take refilling the reservoir a few times, but it was a big job. I bet if I keep up with it I won't need to refill. I also did my kitchen countertops and my microwave. I am most impressed with the microwave, it looks brand new. It also got a stain off my toilet seat that no cleaner had gotten off. Similar to the other reviews, yes the reservoir can need a refill, but the number of accessories and price make this a great product to have in your house to keep up with some cleanings.

I like this for detailing cars but I feel like it is very powerful for the first minute and then after that it is not as powerful it might just be me but as I said it gets the job done and it helps with cleaning dirty dirty vehicles and I would recommend buying it compared to some cheaper ones especially if you do not want to pay a lot for one

Bought this as a xmas gift got my bro-in-law since it was one of the 500 items on his white elephant list that I thought I would also like to try out when detailing my vehicles. He used it once and raved about it so I picked one up for myself. This this is awesome and does a great job at steaming areas like the center console and seats to get stains out. The smaller model does not hold much water as the other models offer which may be an issues if you plan to use it for larger home cleaning projects of if you own a detailing business and don't want to refilling as much but it your ok with that than this is the right choice.

I have now used this several times and tried all of the different troubleshooting tips, but the performance of this unit is very very poor. I am not sure if the thermostat range is much too broad or if the heating element is not near powerful enough a combination of the two or something else. Even if you let it heat up the water for 10 minutes I don’t think it gets any hotter once it goes from red to green.Once it is green, it gives a very powerful and hot blast of steam but only for one or two seconds and then diminishes very quickly after that, unfortunately you cannot just stop after that initial one or two seconds and let it heat up again, because the light is still green. So you have to keep the trigger pulled For about 10 seconds before, it has diminished enough for the thermostat to trip the heating element and the red light and start heating the water again. Unfortunately, by that point the steam is so weak that you can hold your hand only a few inches in front of it and not be burned.. Once it begins heating again then you have to wait about 30 seconds or so for it to heat back up. So, in the end, you only get about one to two seconds of actual good steam cleaning power per 40 seconds of wait time, And in the meantime, you are wasting the majority of your distilled water just trying to get the heating element to kick back on again. Very frustrating. Would not recommend this unit.

Not bad, takes a while to heat up. Steam bursts only last 5 seconds , then it has to reheat . Ok for small tasks, but 8 tried to steam clean my oven and it took 30 minutes of off and on heating. I would have gone with a bigger unit, that lasts longer

Great little steamer. Easy to use and the parts are easy to attach. It’s not heavy or awkward to use.
