Easy to clean.Does toast perfect.Love the colour.Well made.Perfect weight, not to heavy or to light.Worth the money.Like the fact that you get two tray either side of the the toaster to empty.

I love this toaster, it looks really nice, easy to polish the top chrome with a quick wipe with kitchen roll and the sides don't noticeably show finger prints/marks. 4 slots allow 4 slices to be made simultaneously or how we use it, a side for fresh bread and a side for frozen set at 2 different levels. The bread is toasted pretty evenly, just the edge was a bit underdone which could be rectified by smaller bread/turning half way but it really doesn't bother me. I couldn't say it's particularly quick but nor is it particularly slow. It's good value for money for what you get and a lovely addition to the kitchen looks wise. My only problem is that if used straight after someone else the toast can be a bit over done, but then again I suppose that's because it's preheated and would be the same with any toasted and I could just lower the dial slightly.

Not built to last considering the price
This product has lasted just over three years. Now the left hand pair of slots will no longer stay down - you can use it if you are prepared to stand there holding it down manually. Over time the left pair also tended to toast unevenly. The rose gold knobs have also tarnished in a black spotty sort of way. Disappointing for the money.

Great toaster.. But … Do not buy through Prentice Home !!
The media could not be loaded. The Toaster is lovely, I have the matching kettle.. my issue is with Prentice home who sold it to me through Amazon… it came very scratched.. I have contacted them, they sent me one message and have completely ignored me since… Not good, not professional…
