This keeps your hair free of yellow and brassy tones when you're waiting for your toner or foils. It brightens up the bleached or dyed hair to a beautiful shade, but your hair has to be very light to start with to let this work to it's best capacity. Why did you choose this product over others?:After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try this and I found it to be an easy to use toner which gave a lovely colour will definately use again, really took the brassiness out of my previously highlighted hair!

Smells lovely and made my hair feel lovely and soft but didnt quite lift my hair how i wanted.

So I tried this pearl blonde and also the lilac frost..my hair is dyed ash blonde but gets yellowey sometimes so I usually use Fudge purple shampoo... The pearl blonde is really good, it comes out lilac looking when you put it on, but once washed off it leaves my hair a really nice ash colour which I prefer to the fudge shampoo.I then tried the lilac frost which I thought would be better but it confused me as this looks pink out the tube and made my hair pinky! I thought it would be the other way around.Anyway, if your looking for lilac ashy tones, go for the pearl blonde NOT the lilac frost. If you want pink tones.. chose the lilac frost.But both smell lovely and last a good few washes. This is my new go to hair mask! Recommended

I bought this with the (maybe slightly over optimistic!) hopes of refreshing my 12 month old blonde balayage. Slathered it into damp, clean hair and waited for the 10-15 minutes-ish.... Washed it off and there was absolutely no change to my colour but my hair was gorgeously soft and shiny. Although not the colour refresh I was hoping for, it did feel like a lovely treat for my hair. Likely more effective on hair that hasn't gone so long without a colour.

Great alternative to the liquid toner. Easy to use and doesn’t stain hands if washed quickly after.
