A little patience and it does better than any checmical kitchen drain cleaner
I moved into a newly built house and found that the kitchen drainage from the dishwasher plus sink uses the same pipe to the municipal general waste pipe. After about a year, the overflow outside began to regularly fill and a stream of combined kitchen water would pool.I tried the basic drain cleaners/unblockers (supermarket) to no avail, then moving to caustic soda and pressurized water jets. This helped (it was still not easy flowing drainage) temporarily but did not last more than a month, and as each occurrence was costing about a hundred euro to repeat, was almost to the point of calling in builders to rip out the piping to permanently fix the issue.I saw this product mentioned in a forum and thought what did I have to lose. I am so glad I did, it has solved the problem on just one packet.By using two tablets per session, placing one in the kitchen sink as per directions to settle in warm water and slow drip plus putting another in the overflow (why not), it caused large blocks of accumulated suds and fat to break free.I have also changed dishwasher tablet brands as a result, as I think the brand I used before was causing all of this. These tablets do not solve your problem in one or two sessions, but having repeated the processes once a week the water drainage is now free flowing and the overflow is never full, the accumulated fat plus suds is almost gone when checking the drainage going into the municipal pipe.I still have 4 more tablets in the packet and think I could stop at the current stage, but having ordered another packet, will finish just this batch. For the price and the results, I have never been happier with a product!

Easy to use
Had a blocked drain which had to be cleared out. Hopefully, regular use will prevent further blockages.

Very economical as only have to use one tablet every month.
This is such an easy way after a sink problem to make sure one keeps the sink (kitchen) clean and smelling healthy. The individually wrapped tablet a bonus for me!

Really Works!
Been using this every month for the last eighteen months and it is massively effective. The fall on our drain is very shallow and it used to clog regularly. Clearing it was messy and stinky and expensive. This stuff keeps it running clear with no foul odours, no calls to the drainer, and no toxic cleaners to kill our septic tank.

Helped with the septic tank issues
It’s hard to say how well this works with clearing the drains however since using this my septic tank has worked better. I use this along with the toilet tablets once a month and have not had any problems since. Easy to use and good value

Not effective.
Doesn’t remove drain smell or remove bacterial related odours. For the price this product is poor.

So far so good
Like most on here, I had an drainage issue from my treatment plant. I had it emptied the day after I realised it was nearly overflowing and was advised I would need a new drainage field / soak away. With the cost being £1000+, I went looking for other solutions as the install was only 3-4 years ago. I purchased these and took a stab in the dark the blockage was caused by grease. Upon first use I used 3 tablets devolved and poured 1 directly in the tank and the others as instructed. The next day there was no change and the level was slowly rising up again. I then purchased some drainage rods and rodded the outlet pipe. That also seemed to make very little difference. I added more FOG tablets direct to the tank. The next morning the level had started to go down! Slowly but going down at least. Day 4, the tank was back to normal level . My opinion is that the combination of the two allowed the speedy results seen. I will.be keeping up with the treatment going forward.
