Yes, it is! Many of our customers in NYC pop-out the handle on a daily basis to help conserve space/storage. Cheers!

Q: This scooter is portable? can i be in the street with my kid and then fold it and put it in the the basket of the stroller of my baby?

The scooter does not fold-- however, you can easily pop-out the handle anytime you need to store/transport the scooter itself. Cheers!

Q: Can you collapse the handlebars so it is easier for storage?

You can detach the (removable) handlebar anytime you wish to store/transport the scooter itself. Many of our customers living in dense urban areas (such as NYC) detach the handlebar on a daily basis to save on space.
