Having tried many methylfolate products prior to finding this one, this is the only one I can tolerate and which gives me the health effects I was desperate for. It's proving to be life-changing using it, which may sound over the top but is nonetheless true.I absolutely recommend this product. It is very high quality stuff. Especially important for those of us with methylation/MTHFR problems.

I just drop it straight into my morning glass of water. There's barely any taste to it, maybe a very slight, almost unnoticeable sweetness, which is a huge plus for me. The whole process is quick and clean, with no messing about with hard-to-swallow pills. The liquid format is just more convenient for my lifestyle. It’s a very straightforward and no-fuss way to take a supplement.

After finishing the smaller bottle, I upgraded to the larger 100 ml size to cut down on ordering. Everything else is the same: the active folate formula, the glass dropper and the light‑protective bottle. It lasts more than four months, which suits my routine.

This is a good large bottle (glass) and the dropper is very easy to use. It virtually has no taste on its own so when you mix it with water or juice you don’t even notice which is great and makes this so much easier to take.

The taste is mild and not unpleasant, and the dropper makes it easy to get the right amount. I’ve noticed a bit more steady energy since using it, and I like that it’s vegan and made in the UK. One bottle seems to last ages.

This appears to be a nice quality 5-MTHF supplement which is made in the UK. The benefits of taking this supplement as a liquid means you avoid all the fillers and binders associated with the tablet form and the liquid is immediately available for the body to use.The dosage is 10 drops into water or juice with your breakfast. This bottle will last 4 months but the contents need to be discarded if not used within 6 months of opening. The BBE date on the bottle I have is May 2026 which is just short of 12 months from the date of ordering.I have been taking this for a few weeks and whilst I am not allowed to claim any medical benefits of such a product - I have found it easy to take and have not had any negative side effects so I will continue to take it.
