Damaged Product Delivered Lower rubber is missing
It is not keeping things warm even for 15 minutes, when I compared with some other same product I think in mine the lower rubber is missing; I cannot see where I can buy that or where I can claim warantty of this product.

Mixed experience
Works well. But the blue colour came off and the spout broke after 6months of use. So it's handle with care. Otherwise keeps the tea warm for almost 5-6 hrs

Brand matters
