Q: I purchased and it was delivered worked for about a week and now does not. How do I get a exchange for one that works?

Ours only worked for 20 minutes! I threw it away.

Q: Has anyone else had issues with this changing colors? Mine has very little pink or blue now but a lot of orange and I do not like orange at all.

Mine is mostly pink with a tiny bit of blue at the top. Very disappointed.

Q: I want to put the lamp on my dressed but I'm worried about it leaving marks on the wood. Is it safe to put a towel under these while they run?

The base doesn’t get hot so I would think it would be safe without a towel. We have ours on a dresser.

Q: How well does this work as a night light? Too bright? I guess I could always just get a darker light bulb too right?

It's not to bright to me not sure how well another bulb would work but I guess as long as you have the correct wattage it be ok
