Good, Daily Vit D3 levels are so important. 10k IU daily now is a minimum. Have to say I am less sick and feel great after 4 yrs of daily D3, dont forget K2 to go with this

Good quality, great deal (360 count). Vitamin D is also seen as a hormone. It is very useful, unlike plenty of supplements out here.

Great source of vitamin D3
These have been a life saver since I do not get to go outside other than to the doctor's and back home again. I'm deficient in this nutrient because I'm I basically didn't get any sunshine.

Doesn’t have k2
Nothing wrong with the vitamin but I meant to buy with K2 in it also.I will have to buy some K2 that’s separate in order to use them.
