Like the tv, but the sound is not right. I need to get a sound bar, just haven’t done it yet.

The picture is amazing!!!! I bought it for my security system…. WOW!!!! It’s so clear and clean almost like looking out the window….. I highly recommend

I've had this tv for almost a year and no complaints about the tv itself. I don't watch it often, but the picture is good. I do seem to have to turn the volume up pretty high when watching movies, so a soundbar might be a good add on. My biggest complaint about this set is the remote. The one I received initially was apparently an older model and the instructions on the setup didn't match. I had to reach out and was sent a new and improved model, which I despise. I get anxiety every time I use it because it isn't responsive and I end up clicking on stupid things like paid ads that I didn't intend to click on. the mute is in a strange place and even the button placement is odd and I end up pressing things I didn't mean to. No I am going to have to spend more money to buy something universal that works right.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV . The set up was easy but the built in speakers are AWFUL. You will need a sound bar if you purchase this. Also, the remote is worthless. Stopped working in 2 days and only sporadically responds to a button. Customer service is the WORST. First you have to go through a series of interactions with AI, hope you’re not disconnected, wait in the queue only to connect with someone from another country who doesn’t understand English. This is my final VIZIO purchase. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
