This cap was amazing. I don’t see how it could be any better. It was well constructed, it’s comfortable to wear, fits nicely, and does the job. I fell asleep with it on.

I suffer from sever migraines. I had no issues with size as it fit comfortably and compressed decently without feeling like you are suffocating. the material itself was cooling and often I did not need to put it in the freezer. however about 20 minutes in the freezer and it was ready. it was not the most attractive thing to wear, but it was comfortable and relieved some of the major pounding.

As a family of migraine and accident prone folk we love these caps. They are soft, flexible and freeze our headaches away. Our only complaint is they do not stay cold for very long and don't have the gel on the top of the head for those BP spike headaches. I get 30 to 45 minutes of cold which does help but on a bad day I need more, so we bought two. Which works but I really wish they stayed cold longer.

Great. It feels really nice. It actually works, even if you leave it on for only five minutes. It’s also the perfect size for my head! It stays cold for a very long time. Worth my money!

This cap has been a game changer for my migraines. I get them at the base of my head towards the back and this "ice pack beanie" has become an essential. It doesn't rid me of the migraine but definitely provides substantial reliefI like how this one has the top covered so my hair doesn't poke out the top and look goofy like other ones. The gel is pretty thick on both fronts and back. The top is just fabric but it prevents it from looking too silly on my head . Looks like a beanie and I usually wear it like one when I need to move around the house and see where I'm going. Also good to wear during extreme heat in the summer as a way to keep cool.I've had mine for about 2 months now and plan on getting another one to swap them out back and forth when the other gets warm from use. Great quality migraine relief cap!

This cap is wonderful for migraine sufferers! I keep 2 of these in the freezer at all times. The cap is a generous size for those of us with a little larger heads. It says cool for probably 10+ minutes. I have had my first one for about 2 years now, and it is durable. I have recommended this item to my friend, who also purchased one after trying mine. She loves it, too. I find personally that this helps as a last resort when I have a headache that nothing else seems to fully alleviate, as well as at the onset of a headache when I don’t necessarily want to take medication. You can pull it down over your eyes if you are experiencing light sensitivity or want a dark environment to rest. I would highly recommend.

I had such high hopes for this cap helping to relieve my migraines. In the past, I had used an old-fashioned icebag and that helped but you had to hold it in place, so this would have been an upgrade. Although it fit great on my head, it just wasn't cold enough. I ended up sliding mini ice packs into the left side of my head, (that's where my migraines are) that were held in place by cap. In that respect, the cap is a good investment, so I don't have to use my hands to hold anything on my head. If you don't mind that it's not super cold (in my opinion) this may work for you.

Works well. Has good thermal dwell, 25-30mins before equilibrium. Stays supple and pliable even with many repeated uses. Does fit larger heads.....fits my 7 3/4 US hat size head, and I can don it with one hand which is handy if you have shoulder surgery too. The only real improvement would be if the fabric top was instead a thermal sink too, then I'd give it 6/5 stars.
