Expensive? Yeah… But, Absolutely Worth It!
I was hesitant to spend $20 for a single piece of chalk but after reading so many positive reviews I decided to give it a try. It is truly exceptional and totally worth the price. I play almost daily and am still using the same piece I started with 7 months ago. It is incredibly clean, no chalk dust all over your cloth. It applies evenly and sticks to the cue tip without transferring to the cue ball. Although, out of habit, I chalk after every shot (because I would have to), you could easily only apply this every 3-4 shots. If you are vacillating just buy a piece and give it a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Best chalk on the market!

Worth every penny if you want a clean table.
I am a mediocre pool player. This was very expensive. However, I will purchase again. The predator chalk made a huge mess on my new table and marked up the cue ball. This taom chalk is fantastic. It is easy to put on and it stays on very well. I could not find any on my table or cue. So, if none gets wasted, I expect it to last a long time. I also like the round shape and light green color.

Adhesion
This is by far the best chalk I have used thus far. I have only used Masters and the standard Predator before, not much difference between those two imo. I was skeptical of spending $20 for a piece of chalk. With that said, I still chalk after every shot and there is almost zero wear on the chalk after a week's play. Using Masters I would have already worn an x pattern on it. Zero residue on my hand, which I love. The chalk sticks to the tip great and the grip is excellent. Even if you don't chalk after every shot, I did test this and it stays on but chalking after every shot is part of my routine. With that said, performance of the chalk is excellent. I would recommend this chalk to anyone that plays regularly. Good quality product.

Hands down, best chalk out there!
Creamy like application, goes on smooth. NO RESIDUE! When I say no residue, I mean NONE, not on my ferrule, hands, cue ball, or table. No teeth grinding, screeching sound. You do not need to chalk but every 3 or so shots, depending on how you are shooting. I typically apply before every shot, out of habit. Now it's more shooting, less chalking. Very rarely have I miscued with this chalk, If I have it's because of a failure on my part. I store mine in a metal holder with a top, as I use a magnetic pocket piece. When not in use, I will put in a zipped sandwich bag in my cue case to prevent any moisture or drying. Not that I have had this issue, just a personal preference. May seem pricey for one "cube", but it is well worth it. Because it doesn't go on very fine and gritty with a lot of fall off or residue, this chalk can last you 8 months or more. I play league and tournaments so I am using it at least 5 hours a day, 4 days a week! My husband has been a huge predator fan for quite some time, I have converted him. It only took one set and he was asking for me to order him some! A lot of shooting pool is in your head. You can have the best cue, best tip, everything... but if that chalk isn't there you're going to mess up or miss more shots than you make. I did not have to prep my tip or anything, it went on like a dream. I'll tell you all alike I did my husband, Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. You may even find a new favorite!

Clean
This is by far the best chalk i've ever used. I've been shooting pool for 35 years. This chalk is the cleanest and most long lasting chalk i've ever used. I shoot on a Diamond table with Simonis Tournament Blue 860HR cloth. This chalk has absolutely no transference to the balls or the table. It does not get on my ferrule. Does not get on my shaft. Does not get on my hands. I have to chalk my cue so much less it's crazy. Absolutely stays on the tip. The best on the market! By the way, i've used most chalks on the market over the years.

Good clean chalk
I've had the chalk for a short time. So far, it's good. It's very clean and goes on the cue tip very evenly--better than other good chalks I've used such as Kamui and Magic Chalk. Although I chalk my cue frequently (almost every shot), it seems to stay on longer than other chalks. I play in two leagues, so having a decent chalk is important to me. The biggest drawbacks are the price and the shape of the chalk. Because the chalk is round, I need to buy a different chalk holder than the square ones I have. Although I've read that it lasts a long time, I can't vouch for that because of the short time I've used it. Also, it better last long because the chalk itself is not very big.
