Excellent quality, very light and easy to digest and absorb. No strong taste, sort of neutral, I wiil definitely buy again.

My Multiple Sclerosis has been wreaking havoc lately and my vitamin D was 1/2 of the level of normal person. My doctor put me on prescription vitamin D, but I had to find a dosage to take after that in pill form to keep it maintained. I am allergic to some of the other brands with fillers (I have a sulfer allergy) and a vitamin D reaction is enough to drive anyone crazy. I’ve been taking this liquid vitamin D3 for a few weeks and already noticed faster hair growth and better overall energy. The taste is pleasant and mild. But since there’s no dropper, I have to tilt my head back and carefully drop 5 drops straight under my tongue from a distance — not very convenient. Still, the product works well, and I’ll probably buy it again.

I give it a few good shakes (per instructions) and then it's easy to put into morning drink. Tastes wonderful in just water. Amazing -- it is helping my hair to grow in. Affordable. Compact bottle that lasts a long time.

Didnt buy this for hair loss but in combination with regular drug store hair and nail vitamins, its been working well. My vitamin was very low and this is easy to take, tastes good. Littleoils but thats not a bid deal. Very happy with it.

Grate quality

Few months ago I noticed my hair started shedding. I thought it was because I was growing my hair out. I did have low levels of vit D from a lab test years ago but I thought it was a mistake because I am always under the sun running. Turns out people with brown skin (Im asian) does not process vit D well. So I started taking this every morning and noticed my hair stopped shedding. I also love the flavor of this supplement.
