admittedly, i didnt know exactly what to look for in a pc but as someone who played frequently on laptop for years, i decided on a relatively cheap (based on previous research) pre-built to start myself off. quite frankly, i was impressed with this one. the only issue i run into, is the headphone jack can be a bit glitchy and sound will only come through one side unless its turned to a specific position. but i can also use the jack in my microphone, so its not a big deal for me anyway.im not great with tech, so when i ran into a couple of issues when setting up, i felt a bit stumped on what to do. customer service helped me out with my problems, including issues with connecting to the monitor (which just happened to be a loose cable), providing me with a windows product key when i couldnt find it on the pc and understanding components and getting them to work.i personally dont play many games and was worried when i didnt see the few i DID play in other reviews so i thought id mention the performance of those here… should they be of any use.minecraft varies around 150-200 (in the overworld on a world with quite a few builds and mobs) to around 580fps (which i was able to reach in other dimensions but not all the time, so it very much depends), which is honestly beyond what i expected. the pc does struggle with shaders, however, and will drop to 30-80fps depending on which shaders and shader options are used including, but not limited to, BSL, complementary and sildurs. still, the game is playable but if smooth gameplay and high fps is what you’re looking for with shaders, you most likely wont get that in MOST cases with this specific pc.valorant, on medium-high graphics, runs at 120-200fps and may reach almost 300 with the lowest settings. again, this definitely exceeded my expectations and is a breath of fresh air when you play on laptop at 30-50. i dont think this is something to complain about and was more than happy with the performance.the isle legacy (not a game i expect many people to know or play, but decided to include) can run at 80fps with high graphics—presumably more at lower options—but if playing evrima, the max you’ll get will be around 20 with the lowest playable settings. even the absolute minimum, it was struggling a bit although at that point, the game is pretty unplayable, in terms of graphics/visuals.i assume that with newer games/games with higher graphics, you’re not looking at the best performance. definitely research the cpu/graphics card before hand, to get a grasp of what it can and cannot handle.i also use this for university work, and the pc runs smoothly overall. i do plan on upgrading parts as time goes on, but as a starter pc it’s definitely worth investing in and id say i would recommend it to someone who might be thinking about purchasing it as their first too.

Pc is amazing and fast, it runs and streams warzone amazingly this is my 1st pc and it’s totally worth it specially for the price, unfortunately I ran into an issue thats Becuase the dpd miss handled the box, it took 1 phone call to dr mem and every was sorted after care is amazing and hassle free, Special thank you to Matt aswell his been a star!…

Not the most powerful beast out there but for a plug in and go pc it's good value for money. I ordered the 1650 but it came with a 1050, this was quickly resolved by the responsive customer service team and they sent me the right card out and arranged pick up of the wrong one. Minor inconvenience but resolved to my satisfaction. The parts are probably the cheapest available but I think it's a fair package for the overall cost and not having to build it yourself. It has worked well from day one and I've enjoyed playing mainly Assetto Corsa with very high settings and mods at 200+fps, Skyrim on ultra, Shadow of Mordor on Ultra and Death Stranding with a few things turned off but still runs nice and has good fps. It plays what I expected it to play very well indeed. I think you'd be hard pushed to find a cheaper, better machine.

I'm using this PC to run tictok live studio and obs with one game and it works like a dream well worth the price

Just brilliant! Easy to set up. Brilliant performance!Just make sure you have enough space for it as it's quite large! And that's a user issue not a product issue! Would recommend!

I ordered this PC in April 2023 as I very rarely write reviews and if I do I prefer to wait and see if the product holds up, as I find a product can be very different one week and different the next. This PC 2 years on is still a very capable and great machine, Ive had roughly 200-300 games on this at mostly high to ultra high graphics with few having ray tracing.The seller has been nothing short than amazing the 2 problems I have had with this product is the rear fan and top fan making a grinding noise. Upon bringing this to the seller they have sent replacements which have worked a charm.I was weary at the start because alot of people always say 'build your own because pre builds are just cheap parts' but this was all correct down to the pound. Touch wood Ill have another few years out of this machine but when I need one I know where to go for another.

I bought this as few years ago and it just randomly stopped working, I wish I got more out of it. However, it was a great little PC and I could run so much stuff. It was fast and it wasn't loud whilst running. I just wish I got more out of this. I do suggest it if you're looking for a speedy starter ish pc. The pc cover is great, it does collect dust but if you look after it as i did its genuinely a great product. Mine now sits in my bedroom not functioning anymore. It broke about a month ago. I got maybe 2-3 years out of it
