I believe Le Creuset makes the finest pans available, and this one does not disappointI’ve had two others for years, and this one is a perfect size. Bonus, this color and shape looks beautiful on the table. Don’t settle for similar pans. These pans are worth the investment.

I always wanted a le cruset enameled pan. The quality it’s top notch, and the color it’s beautiful. I use it almost daily and cleans very easy. I’m happy with it and I’m glad I finally treated myself with such a great product.

I love Le Creuset and have been using their products for years but this is the first time I have bought a pan with a glass lid and it really is a game changer, as you can see how the dish is coming along without lifting the lid (and letting steam and heat escape). This color is beautiful and I will cook with this pan for decades to come.

As great as expected by Le Creuset! Really happy I chose the braising pan with the glass lid...since it can go still go in the oven. The price here on Amazon/Sur La Table seems to be the best value on this pan. I couldn't be happier. - JB

This is an awesome pan worth every penny. I know it's expensive but you definitely get what you pay for! I tried the Milk Street cast iron everything pan and was not impressed. This pan is far superior with higher sides, bigger capacity and better non-stick properties with no maintenance. Buy it! You won't regret it!
