This bag is totally waterproof and of amazing quality. Lots of space and good, comfortable straps. The internal pocket is huge and when the zip detached, I contacted customer service after registration of the product.Customer service asked for an order ID and a pic of the damage before sending me a replacement withi. 2 days. I also got to keep the original bag with a broken internal zip which really wasn’t too much of an issue.Customer service that was simple to use and second to none. Well done guys. Buy this bag now as it is an absolute bargain and should the unfortunate happen, the customer service is sterling.

Bought for use at sea when on my inflatable boat. Can fit a decent amount of stuff inside and has proven water proof so far- has incidentally been submerged just under a meter under the surface with absolutely no water ingress. The material it's made from seems good quality. The shoulder straps are relatively comfortable and the chest and waist clip straps help when carrying a heavier load.

Having organised a trip to Alaska I needed a backpack that would keep contents dry whatever the weather. Compared this against similar product by Earthpak, both bags very good quality with identical features. Earthpak is the dearer option and could not justify the additional spend.I have gone with the 35ltr size and its more than big enough to carry additional clothing and camera gear, a zipped internal pocket for wallet etc and an external pocket for easy access phone. Also this backpack provides two mesh pockets for water bottles which the dearer Earthpak does not.Rucksack very comfy to wear and the sternum and waist straps ensure that it stays in place and distributes the weight well when bag is fully loaded.An excellent bag that is British made to a high standard for a very competative price.

The bag is great and is everything that everyone else states. One review states it is British made, this is not the case, there is a huge sticker on it saying made in china.

I bought this pack to go on canoeing day trips. Should it rain, or should we get water in the canoe from haystacks or other reasons, I want my things - including my lunch - to be dry. I also want to be able to put everything in one bag to simplify portaging. Should we tip and neglect to attach the bag to a thwart, everything will float downriver in one bag and will hopefully be retrievable in an eddy or near/on shoreThis bag is a perfect size for day trips and very well designed.I love the fact that it has side pockets for water bottles, an inside zippered pocket for keys or a map, and an outside zippered pocket (not waterproof) as a place where I can keep my sunblock or other small item(s).I can't comment on durability as I haven't used the pack enough, yet. So far, it is holding up well.One of the reasons I bought this pack is b/c it has a waist belt. I find even simple waistbelts very helpful in supporting a pack on my shoulders. The shoulder straps are comfortable and adjustable and there is also a sternum strap - all of which help provide comfort and stability when carrying the pack.Delivery service was fantastic.
