I bought it with no expectations and was absolutely surprised by the quality of the product. The size is perfect for 6 people and it is easy to store.You can do all sorts of fondues with it. It will for sure make a good impression in your friends :)

This set is easy to use and clean. Perfect size for 2-4 people. Has everything you need. We’ve used it so far for cheese and chocolate fondue and it was delicious!

For the price this fondue set is fine. It seems sturdy enough and for our first go at making a cheese fondue it seemed to work well, without setting fire to the kitchen or breaking as other reviews noted. Some points to consider. There are no clear instructions in the set, nor is there a recommended recipe. For 4 people the ceramic bowl was a little small for doing the initial making of the fondue ie it was quite hard to stir while melting the cheese. The ceramic pot is supposed to be inside the metal pan, which doesn't seem right so we added some water to the metal pan as recommended elsewhere and this seemed to work, although it spits a bit. However I suspect this also stops issues such as the ceramic cracking or cheese burning. I bought additional gel fuel capsules (it's a shame none were included) and this worked fine, although the flame is very hard to see. Overall this was good fun and adequate for a first time cheese fondue - now on to the chocolate!

Got this product some time ago and forgot to leave a review. I got two of these as i has have a dinner party, product itself is great easy to use and clean. The best part of this product was the delivery service. I email and asked for it to be delivered asap due to the party and it was with just hrs to spare. Fab little piece of kit to have in the cupboard as its so easy esp for those fussy dinner guests.

Thsi was purchased as a wedding anniversary gift for my sister and her husband as part of their anniversary presents. I also purchased some fondue gel cartridges, so that this set could be used when needed without the hassle of not finding any such item with this fondue set. I am sure that my sister and her husband will be using this on a regular basis, as it could be used anywhere and is easily used. having read other reviews about what type of fuel to use, re instructions enclosed with this item, well I cannot comment here, apart from suggest like others; who have purchased this, I would strongly suggest that potential purchasers continue to use the Gel Cartridges instead of meths fuel. It seems much a safer option especially if there are going to be young children about when this is being used. Meths fuel is very difficult to see and use when there are young children about and gel cartridges would be our safty option. This actual fondue set should meet most family requirements, it is stainless steel with a ceramic bowl so should be easy to clean etc etc. This item was delivered in very prompt time and packaged very well so they deserve a FIVE STAR rating for their service

This fondue set was perfect for Christmas snacks! Very easy to use and amazing quality for the price! Definitely recommend!

I bought this to have some cheese fondue dinners, and was a bit disappointed. The parts are decent quality, but especially the size didn't quite live up to my expectations. The pots are quite small, especially the white one. It may work for chocolate fondue, but seems inadequate to make a full dinner size fondue. Especially given that it comes with six forks and is described as being great for entertaining parties.I ended up buying a larger heat proof pot, which fits on the frame when it's turned upside down (which is just about stable enough, though not completely even). I've made fondue for friends like this several times, but really only using parts of the set and improvising the rest.

The metal frame that holds the bowl(s) is cheap and uneven so the whole thing can rock back and forth, but the heater and forks etc are perfectly fine for the price. The ceramic bowl is a good size for 4-6 people and holds heat well.
