I bought this for my hamster as a travelling cage, it was a lovely cage but my hamster hated it because she couldn't climb about the bars as she does in her big one. She kept sliding on the plastic sides. I would say it was value for money if your hamster isn't fussy like mine and easy to clean. It is easy to assemble but i would only recommend it being used as a travelling cage or used while cleaning a bigger cage as it is small.

It came with a sand bath and the worlds biggest food bowl as well as a water bottle and a wheele and if you are thinking about adopting some small animals this would be perfect for you because it is on offer at the moment for £33 but it would be better if it came in multiple colours

Overall good and easy to set up but the wheel is so loud you can hear it downstairs.Might have to end up buying a different cage.

Firstly, excuse the mess in the image, it is all the hammy care things that I haven’t found a home for yet!It’s important to read the reviews and product description. This is NOT suitable as a stand alone home and shouldn’t be purchased with that in mind as it isn’t large. Furthermore, I have two Robo hamsters, and can’t imagine this being suitable for a larger breed like a Syrian at all unless connected to a lot more… that being said, it works brilliantly as part of a larger, connected system and the tubes fit other branded tubes too!It was super easy to set up, and if you read the product description it shouldn’t be a surprise that it is this size. Most of the reviews are outraged cries for larger enclosures, which is not the manufacturers fault as they state the dimensions. Also there were reviews about the quality, but trust me when I say this is completely escape/bite proof with Robos, maybe due to their size!At first I was concerned about some of the gaps in the enclosure, the bars on the top are narrow but on the side of the enclosure and in the space by the sides of the wheel there are a few gaps… these wouldn’t be a problem for a Syrian owner, but I was super worried when it came to my Robos, that they’d escape…. Thankfully for me, this product has been Robo approved by my little pals who will escape any gap big enough, but couldn’t make it through these! The only thing I might add is that smaller hamsters can’t move the wheel, it’s too big, but if you have another wheel somewhere you’ll be fine!

I initially bought this on sale in pets at home, the original price was £20 and was £17 on sale, with it I purchased 2 dwarf Russian hamsters.To my frustration the 2 hamsters, tagged a social breed, were not getting along as one kept bullying the other, despite the other one not doing anything nor offering resistance.I emailed pets at home to no avail as they never repliedHaving read of cases of the one killing the other I went to amazon uk and looked in the used section of this cage, I chose this cage as I had had others in the past and they always gave me problems assembling the tubes, but this one was so easy to assemble I was not going to try another brand as in previous occasions I had struggles for over an hour after trying to clean previous cages.I went to the used section as I didn't want to spend much having already spent a lot of money at pets at home on 2 hamsters, food, bedding, cage, snacks...It came SOOOO quickly I was at awe, because other items I had ordered on amazon before ordering this had arrived 2 or 3 days later and not only did it arrive speedily on tracked delivery but it was brand new, in the box, everything sealed, no problems, no signs of use!I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could, as I am very happy :)NOTE: I don't know if it affected at all this order but I do have amazon prime

What I've learned rather quickly is my Syrian chewed through this and the other add ons to it. She had many units connected together loads of space but still chewed holes in all the bases within the matter of weeks. I spent well over £250 all together and it's now all in the bin. She has a 4ft glass tank now. Don't waste your money they look great and are easy to clean this unit alone is nowhere near suitable for a dwarf let alone a Syrian. Accepted size is a minimum 100cm x 50cm unbroken floor space. Wished I had just got the glass tank in the first place, you live and learn I suppose.

The cage is perfect!When I bought the cage, delivery was quick but there was a problem and I asked for a replacement and they did it the next day without any problems or financial charges.I'm very happy and so are my hamsters!

Haven't used it yet but I can see is really strong and spacious!! Easy to built up.
