Q: Would you classify this as non-sag or self-leveling?

Non-Sag, Gun Grade Sealant / Adhesive

Q: Is it supposed to be hard to get out of the tube and almost dry or did I get a bad tube?

No it is not suppose to be hard to apply at all. Also depends on the size of the hole it’s coming out, and or if there’s a clog. If you are having trouble I can send you a replacement no problem at all.

Q: How does it perform in full sunlight? UV resistance data??

I do not have any data but thats is what this stuff is made for. This is the toughest roofing sealant I have found. It is used to install, seal and repair TPO roofs. Good stuff.
