Disappointing Quality for a Product We Depend On
Since we own a water softener, we have no choice but to keep buying these salts, but that doesn’t mean we deserve such poor quality. The salt pieces are often broken and crumbly instead of solid, making them messy and less effective to use.A product that people need regularly should be reliable and consistent, but this one feels far too fragile and disappointing.
