Great Couch, very comfy, highly recommended. Very easy to put together and rearrange solo. Recently helped moved an one owned by a relative and the whole process was simple and efficient.

Update 2 months after purchase: While I still recommend the product I have found some minor issues you may want to consider. The Velcro strips that hold the cushions in place only do so to an extent. You will be adjusting them daily if the couch is used daily. And you will need to rearrange the cushions often to not get low spots in regular seating areas of couch. Second, I have not yet washed the cushions but one cushion cover’s zipper has already broken and will need to be replaced. This may be a personal issue but either way, the storage is great, but not easy to get to if you have pets and choose to cover the couch the majority of the time to reduce fur and need to wash covers.We love it! This was a great purchase decision! The couch arrived to us within 30 hours of ordering it. It’s supportive, yet still comfortable. Storage space is a game changer for apartment living, as is the versatility of it being a modular. One tip… open every box before starting to assemble the couch if you want instructions. They were in the last box I opened after assembling the rest. Haha! It is very simple and intuitive assembly though, they are Not truly needed to get the job done. Highly recommend the product!!

Absolutely the worst customer service and the couch is cheap, narrow and soo uncomfortable. I usually write wonderful reviews but this has been a nightmare trying to return this couch. At first they approved our return but they didn’t provide us with a pre paid shipping slip…they expected us to pay for shipping which cost more than the freakin couch! Then they said they would give us $100 to just keep the couch and I said no because we don’t want it. Mind you we only opened 2 boxes and found that this couch was not for us. So the 5 out of 7 boxes are not opened! Then they tried to offer 200 hundreds and we said no again. They agreed to send a pre paid label but the packages can’t exceed 145lbs…outrageous!!! 4 of the 7 boxes weigh 47lbs each so yeah thats 188 pounds alone! Don’t waste your time with Linsey. Sooo incredibly disappointing.

Meant to have two chaises for a U shape but the space is so small and the couch being modular is so versatile I was able to still make it work. The doors to the cottage were only 29 inches wide and everything fit through the door without issue. Easy to put together and Impossible to mess it up. Cushions are very firm but it’s only been 24 hrs. Packaging says to allow 72 hrs before they fully open up. Only down side is that my cat can’t sit on the back side which is probably a good thing. Woop never mind. He just made it work too. And the storage spaces though small, each section has a space. Easily fits sheets blankets and smallish pillows. Even squashed a full size quilt in there. Queen or king probably won’t fit.

My wife and I got a new apartment and when we moved I ditched an old couch and loveseat combo we had for nearly 10 years. We went to a few furniture stores and were kicking the tires on some ideas for our living room and we saw this couch online. I figured for the price if we got a few years use out of it that would be fine. Here are some aspects you may want to consider.Firm - this is actually a plus for us but others have complained about how firm the couch is. Personally we like that and after the 72 hours from when we unpackaged everything we really thought the firmness of the memory foam is nice. But this might not be ideal if you like to sleep on your couch or have guests sleep on it at times.Lack of back support - I’m an average height and build male at 5’8 and about 160lbs. The back cushions feel low and thin. It’s not comfortable if you like to lean back on the coach while relaxing and may be really uncomfortable if you’re a taller person. It feels cheap in that area of the build but with some additional throw pillows it’s not TOO bad.Storage and modular design - the storage is nice and the design of the couch does offer customization on how to set things up in your living space. This is the best part of the couch hands down.Assembly - was super easy and took about an hour to put together. I did it by myself.Quality - the legs or legs to the bottom are plastic and the fabric to the couch frankly feels cheap. If you have cats like we do, any time they stretch and dig their claws in a little bit (not using it like a scratch post) you can guarantee that they are going to pull up loose threads. My other couch was a higher quality than this one and I never had that issue. Also, we’ve had the couch for a short time and some cushions are already pilling. Luckily you can contact the manufacturer and order replacements but I don’t know much they cost and it may not be worth it. Also, you can remove the covers and they are machine washable.End of the day - I’m not upset with this purchase but I wouldn’t recommend it. It just feels over priced for what you get and feels like this should be a 5-600 dollar couch instead of over 1000. It wouldn’t be bad for a game room or if you don’t have pets due to the lack fabric durability. However, if I would have been able to see/feel it prior to ordering I likely would have passed and spent 1500+ on something much nicer. Considering the price I would recommend passing on this couch and upping your budget slightly if you can and buy a higher quality couch.

Every piece is basically the same so you can rearrange your pieces however you want- very functional. I love how each on has storage compartments. The cushions are not too soft so they hold their form well and have good support. Fabric is nice to touch and so far is holding up well with little kids. Color looks great and like the image. Pieces are a little challenging to connect together and the couch is pretty heavy and hard to move once connected so you may want help when moving this if you want to remove a rug or put one under
