These work great
I haven't fully tested the extent of which these work. I've only had them on for a little while but so far they're working perfectly. Do recommend.Edit: these were rather painful to remove, it could be because I slept in them and my sweat conjoined with the sticky material.

KT tape
Excellent tape for my forearm tendonitis, lasted a full 5 days and really supportive. Would get 5 stars for that but I also have a dodgy shoulder and it has failed to last even a full training session, I think the larger body part and extra range of movement catches the adhesion out. In short if using where no joint or small joint buy it it's brilliant. On larger body parts will become expensive.

Sticky for 5 seconds
I tried this tape while I was on holiday, I damaged some ligaments in my ankle and needed the support. I tried everything to get this to stick, no creams, lotions, double taped. It would not stay on when dry, forgot about being wet, was off in seconds!

Fabulous better than the original
I brought this for my 13 year old son. We have used the original KT tape before and it was expensive for 1 roll, 2 of these was cheaper so thought let’s give it a go.He is very sporty and uses this at least 4 times a week, so with the original you can imagine how expensive it was getting. He recently developed Osgood Schlatter disease in his knee, this obviously is a blow to a boy who does a lot of athletics. So after treatment he has been using this tape for PE. Unlike the original KT tape it isn’t pre cut or rounded at the edges. But that was a easy fix with a pair of scissors. His lesson was first thing this morning and it’s now 4.30pm and there are no signs of peeling around the edges and has stayed firmly in place. I was sceptical about buying it as it was cheap, and wondered if it would be a waste of money, but I’m overjoyed it wasn’t.I am no way a physio in any shape or form, but he is not feeling and strain or pain in the tendon when wearing. It stretches to the percentage needed very easily.Top tips are..Clean the area before applying.Cut the corners to round them off.Rub the tape when in place as it helps the glue adhere properly.Watch YouTube videos to make sure you are placing the tape correctly.Use the guide lines on the back to measure what you need.Tear down the middle and fold back the paper to get the desired stretch.

used for binding (trans).. a mixed experience
please note i did not use this product as it was intended- i used it for chest binding. i hope this is useful for my trans friends out therethis is the second roll of this tape i bought and ahh had mixed experiences.positives: it stretches quite nicely, it sticks surprisingly well, the grid on the back means is helpful and makes it easier to cut even pieces, this is one of the cheapest tapes i've found, it's quite soft like bandage type texture on the top so not uncomfortable in that waynegatives: it leaves a lot of glue residue on my skin that lasts a couple days through several showers, after about one day some threads started coming off which was just a bit annoying, some sort of side effects; the most recent time i used it was the worst- damaged my skin really badly it went red and itchy and when i gently peeled it off (with soap and warm water as usual (i just use this because that's what i have but there are probably better things)) it started to rip off a lot of my skin deeper than it seemed like it should and looks like it will leave scars- still not full healed like two weeks later. i don't know why this happened, it had the feeling of like an allergic reaction burning and itchy but i didn't even do anything different compared to other times!! this experience was what made me want to leave a review so that others know that there are potential risks to using this tape.it also made me start considering getting like official Trans Tape (didn't want to before- too expensive) so this is a nice cheap alternative to experiment with. i wanted to be able to keep it on longer but finding i can't really go more than like a day and a half.some tips from experimenting with it (i had never used tape previously)- take your time, it might take you a few tries to get something you're comfy with and a satisfactory level of binding. hence this is my second roll because i spent a lot of my first roll struggling to get it right- take it off SLOWLY!! use something to help ease it if possible, like warm soapy water- cut the edges to curve them of each piece of tape, it helps to prevent it peeling at the edges- wash video tutorials on youtube it helped me a lot because it can be harder than it looks
