Q: lead free? drinking water?

The casing and the contact parts are brass and stainless steel. There are no lead components listed and the description lists applications including beer and espresso indicating it is safe for use with human consumption applications.

Q: will this fit into my Hayward Xstream Model CC10092S?

Depends on the thread size however I have yet to buy a pressure gage that came in with the correct thread size. Order 1/4” and receive 1/2”. I would recommend taking your current gage to a pool store and pay the extra money. At least it will fit.

Q: Will this fit on a american products commander filter lid 57005600 v38-150?

If your threads are 1/4"NPT yes it will

Q: Can I replace the '1/4" process connector'? Is that a 1/8" connector that feeds the process connector?

If you need to add a different connector, using a different sized adaptor it is possible to buy that separately. The only limitation is to ensure you have the space to include an adaptor. Most stores like Home Depot sell adaptors.
