The light is bright and doesn't seem to weaken. The gnats do appear to be attracted to it and they get stuck to the paper/glue.It does work well!

I got a couple of these because I was having some flies in my kitchen, I have plants and fruit that can attract tiny gnats.Plugged one in by the back door, and one in the kitchen, the light is nice as a bit of a nightlight, not a huge fan of the blue color. For some reason when you unplug it a little bit, it turns orange.It’s very sticky, no noise, easy to get it set up, but in the few months that I’ve had it in my home, it might have gotten two or three flies total. I have noticed my fly problem has gone down, so that could be why the traps are mostly empty, but also I have noticed gnats buzzing around my face that do not find their way to the trap.Safe and durable, but maybe not as effective as I would hope.

Our dogs are constantly in and out of the doggie door and patio doors so keeping bugs outside is nearly impossible! We use these near the openings to the outdoors and our kitchen and they have caught so many different insects! There is no odor, my nosy dogs don’t bother with them, and they seem to work immediately upon getting plugged in. We always forget they are here but have one for every main room in the house!

It works wonders!!! It’s been really hot lately and we have been cooking out a lot and from coming in and out from the patio. It is doing it’s job by catching the flies and other insects as advertised!!!!
