It’s beautiful, rustic, and unique! Everyone loves it in our kitchen. It gives great light. We have it on a dimmer and use dimmable bulbs. So glad I found this!

Five stars IF the person at the factory who was in charge of painting the metal to look like wood had not missed a section (at this price, I will finish the job for you with my handy dandy furniture wood-look markers) and if they had not even included those silver, ugly pot hangers (again, I will do the job for you and buy some nice black hangers on Amazon). IMPORTANTLY, the light fixture does cast shadows and not a bright, direct light, but that could be because of the lightbulbs I used. I decided to eliminate the ancient wood box with florescent lights (you guys with 1990's homes don't act like you didn't know what I'm talking about) by using wood trim & this much nicer light fixture. Things to watch out for: you may need an electrician to rewire your old set up to this new fixture (not this fixture's fault though); you may want to replace your other light fixtures to match this and Amazon had some adequate matching ones; it is sturdy (that means moderately heavy) so make sure it's securely attached to a wood beam in the ceiling; and, you might need longer, brighter light bulbs than what I installed because it's what I had on hand. I will hang it lower too with the extra metal links provided. The guy at the factory gets a point (but not an extra star) for being generous with the links. Finally, YES, that is popcorn ceiling and YES that's being replaced soon. Happy updating!!

Arrived later than initially said,but sooner than the adjusted date. Instructions were a little hard to follow but figured it out and hot it installed and it is great.

Love my new light fixture. So much more light than my old one.

We are ever so slowly updating our awful 80s kitchen. One small project at a time. Today my dad came over and helped me install this. I searched for a hanging light fixture that could also double as a pot rack. I found some that looked super cheap and where I like the grate on some pot racks to be able to put larger pots and lids on the shelf, this just looks more high end because it doesn’t have it.The space I save by being able to hang my pots is necessary in this kitchen. We have plans to add storage, but for now while we wait for that to be done, this is a great solution!The fixture itself is pretty and lightweight. Putting it together took about 10-15 minutes and the install was about an hour (my dad is an electrical engineer, though, so it may take someone without an electrical background a bit more time). The install was super easy and went off without a hitch. As with most hanging pot racks, you have to balance the weight, but it isn’t terrible and was pretty easy. The lights are really great for lighting up my dark kitchen and I’m so pleased with it! I’m excited to start the cabinet update next!

This is a very attractive light but not ideal for dining room. The light goes out into the room well but not down onto the table. I have replaced the middle bulb with a spotlight.
