A Must for Every Potential Business Owner
A Must for Every Potential Business OwnerThe authors states that you’ll want to make sure that your business is properly set up to receive funding, and if you want to keep your business and personal finances, including credit scores separate, you’ll need two things:1. A Separate Business Entity2. An EINThey discuss the importance of how you start up your business, whether as sole proprietorship, which does NOT create a legal separation between the business owner and their business; you’ll still be personally liable for any debt your business accumulates.Whereas, on the other hand, the authors states that in order to avoid this, you’ll need to instead create a business entity that is separate from you, as the owner, and for most small businesses, this is best achieved through forming a limited liability company, or LLC.They provide information on structuring your business, applying for and getting your Employer Identification Number, or EIN, which is the first step toward building your business credit profile and obtaining tradelines without a personal guarantee. They even provide the website to apply for your EIN.Secondly, the authors discusses Fundability, whereas you will begin to create a professional and creditworthy business presence by having creditors and lenders recognize your business as a fundable entity separate from the owner. The authors provides you with a nicely presented book detailing, basically, everything you need to do, step-by-step, in order to get your business up and running, including websites for obtaining necessary information. They discuss tradelines, business credit cards, and business loans. This book is short, but is packed with a lot of valuable information. I highly recommend it for anyone gearing up to start their business.

What an incredibly thorough way to inject much needed money into my businesses!
I read the title of this book and I expected just to read a number of things that were sketchy and would create more risk than I already have in my business. I was presently surprised with what I discovered. I found a book that was not only organized but actually were things that I had read back in business classes and forgot as well as even more things that I had no clue about. As I worked through the book last week, I was able to begin to set up a plan to accomplish the very thing that I thought was impossible which would be an injection of cash in my businesses to expand and help many more people starting with Q1, 2024. Thank you for a book that will help me expand and help many people who would not otherwise be helped!.I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
