I bought this pillow because I have a neck injury. Other pillows are too tall with no support. This appealed to me because I wanted to adjust the height. I like the weight of this pillow also. Most memory foam pillows are very heavy. This one is not. It is easy to move around as you turn over. This is a semi firm pillow. It’s the best I have found for my situation.The quality is good and they sent me a free pillowcase after I requested it for the thinner pillow. I would recommend this for people especially with neck injuries.

this is only our opinion and experience and NOT medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A family member has GERD. A 7.5" standard wedge pillow was too uncomfortable. Perhaps its because the GERD isn't that bad, but several of these layers are higher than this person's regular pillow, and high and firm enough to stop coughing from GERD when lying down. The person still gets cough when moving (I guess it's because that increases intra-abdominal pressure), but not when lying still on back or either side. Very pleased with this purchase, especially that one can choose from so many heights and degrees of firmness. Without all these options, I doubt another "similar" pillow set would work. Also love the machine washable cover; it came out of wash just fine.

I really like that the pillows can be adjusted to several different levels/heights. However when you open them up, the directions tell you to give them 48-72 hours to "expand." But I think the toughest thing about this product is the pillowcase. All the pillows are stuffed into it when it arrives, which is fine. But if you only two pillows, well then you are left with lots of extra space. The extra material will sag or bunch up. The pillowcase is pretty warm too. I do like the fact that a regular pillowcase will work around all of them. Neither the blue or white are too firm, and the blue is softer. If you move while you sleep, you can do so pretty easily.

I'm one of those people who have spent countless dollars ordering one pillow after another without finding one that I could comfortably sleep on at night. I thought the reviews on this product were too good to be true and had maybe been generated by AI. But during Prime Days I took a chance, ordered the pillow system and am very happy to report that this system provides exceptional comfort for my side sleeper needs. I only ended up using one each of the two kinds of inserts which gives me an entire second spare pillow for the future. As others recommended in their reviews I simply slid the two inserts into one of my own pillowcases rather than using the one included. This is also the first review I've left on Amazon in many years but I wanted to help others who, like me, have been struggling to find a new pillow. I couldn't be happier.

I have been searching for a good pillow for a few years. I’ve tried, returned or given my husband/kids quite a few that didn’t work for me. I this pillow is very close to perfect. Maybe it will be perfect once it’s fully broken in and just a touch softer. It is soft, but I like a very soft yet supportive pillow. I use two of the white 1 1/2” ultra soft layers and one 1” cooling soft layer. There is definitely a difference in softness/feel. I bought a second one for the future because I like it so much. I hope they never stop selling it.

It has taken over 5 months and 40+ pillows to find the right one. I have DDD in my neck which causes my right hand to go numb at night if my neck isn't supported correctly. Most companies suggest trying a new pillow for two weeks to adjust and you might have neck pain during that process. I know after the first night if a pillow will work for me due to the numbness. I purchased the other Lofe Adjustable pillow with 4 heights, but couldn't get the height quite right. I realized that the quality and density of the memory foam was the ideal material for me. Everything about it was perfect, except the heights. The seller reached out to me and told me they have an adjustable with 10 heights and two different densities. The white foam is 1.5" Ultra Soft and the blue is 1" Soft. After a few variations, I found the PEFECT match for me - two blue on the bottom with the white on top for 3.5" total in height. I slept like a baby and am completely pain free with no numbness.I also travel a lot for work and have been on the same search for a travel pillow that will compress enough to fit in my carry-on without rolling it up and taking too much room. I noticed that Lofe sells individual inserts, so I purchased another blue one. I am in the process of cutting the foam and sewing the protectors back on to make a travel pillow of the exact same proportions of my bed pillow. For the price, you can't beat this brand and quality.I'm a hot sleeper, so I couldn't use the zip case it came with. I use the Jersey Knit Soft Envelope Pillow Case from N&Y Home Store on Amazon. This keeps the foam inserts tightly together so they don't slide around. Then I cover it with the cooling pillow case from Sleep Number.Overall, this is the best money I've ever spent and could not be happier with the quality and customer service I received. Thank you!

Costs a little more than I'd like for what you get. It's rather firm no matter what combination of layers and order I used so gave up on it after a month.

So hard to find a pillow just right for you, especially sight unseen, but this one turned out to be perfect.It's soft enough to cradle my neck & head but firm enough to support my head as well. After the 2nd night it was fully inflated and felt too full. So I removed 1 inch insert and it's heavenly. Really sleep well.
