My husband owns a car lot / mechanic shop so naturally we absolutely had to try this out. It came very well packed and secured with plenty of padding and everything was perfectly as described in the ad. This is super heavy duty super durable and it definitely has a little bit of weight to it. From the outside it is a tank and a beast. Very easy to get set up with your code and very easy to get unlocked and locked once you read the directions and figure out exactly how to use it. If you're trying to go in blindly it will take you way longer to figure out. The directions are nice though and everything is exactly as we'd hoped. I did take off one star because once you open it up I feel like the inside could be much more heavy duty. Like the hooks are a very cheap plastic that you could easily break if you grab a key a little too aggressively so that was my one qualm with this is that I feel like they should bulk up the quality of the hooks at least. As long as you do that and your gentle and all that it's good to go. This holds a ton of keys and this is great for peace of mind so you don't have to keep them just laying around. Definitely functions as intended and everything works smoothly as we pictured. Still great overall and worth the money just for the lock ability and outside quality. Definitely a solid 10 out of 10 worth every penny! Amazing product

We installed this digital locking wall mount key safe. It is a heavy sturdy metal. It has been up a few weeks and employees have agreed it has been super easy to access and liked having one less key to worry about on their key ring. Has been very durable so far. Programming was easy and plenty of space inside. Also having a key option to open in case is nice as well. We actually bought another. Would highly recommend this product.

I really like this box for security of keys but, the key shelves are plastic and the tabs break easily. It would be nice if replacement shelves are not available.

It wouldn't open. Fresh out of the package and nothing could get the stupid box open.

I ordered two units and the key racks are made of plastic on each several of the plastic tabs were broken off one each when they arrived

To use as intended you would need to either be a car dealership or a landlord. There are hooks for 200 keys! Comes with a ton of little plastic keyring/labels, very colorful. The safe has a bunch of little shelf brackets that hold the keys. These are plastic and are removable. Only problem is they are quite fragile and the littel key hooks can break off easily. The safe is constructed out of very heavy, thick metal. It would take a lot to try and break into it. Lock is electronic or key-operated. I actually ended up removing the inner door to make more room for documents and such since I don't need this to store keys. One star was deducted because it came shipped with a little pocket of rust on the inside.
