I alternate with serrapeptase and nattokinase. I did notice that adding this to my nattokinase dose resulted in more slight nose bleeds which I get if I thin my blood too much so definitely does the trick. I found alternating to work well for me. Good value and effective. Small caps easy to swallow. Be cautious when using with other blood thinning supplements.Recommended!

It is very important you look up the not only it's benefits, but it's potential interaction issues with prescription meds, or medical issues to be sure it is compatible.Serrapeptase is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, aids in certain types of pain relief in the body. It's been in use since the 1960s.As always, talk to your physician before adding something new to your care plan.It has helped me tremendously with what I use it for. I've used the same brand the whole time.I decided to give these a try since the price difference and quantity was enough to justify trying a new brand out.They are the same dosage I take per serving, 240,000 SPU (serratiopeptidase units), which is what the bottle recommends.Both bottles will last a total of 120 days of use, at the bottles serving size recommendation.The capsulrs are are almost identical in size to my current ones.When I opened the bottle, I did notice they have a stronger scent to them over my normal ones.They are .75" L x .25" W.They were easy to swallow for me.For the time I have been using them, they are accomplishing exactly what my others are doing.Once I finish these, if they are still doing the same thing as my original brand, I'll definitely be switching over to save a few dollars, as they present a better value to me.

I purchased these because I did a ton of research and studies have concluded that this eats scar tissue in your body which includes things like fibroids or anything that's just extra and isn't supposed to be there. You have to be careful when and how you take these as they can interfere with other drugs and supplements and you definitely need to take these on an empty stomach probably first thing in the morning. I do not know if they are eating every fibrin and scar tissue throughout my body, but I do know that these have proven health benefits and I think over long-term use that is exactly what they will do. I don't think they'll take everything away but I do think they will diminish things that aren't supposed to be there and fibrous tissue within the body which in turn helps with overall health and inflammation. You get a ton for the price and this is a reputable company that I've come to trust.
