I was apprehensive about trying mouth tape as I thought it wouldn’t work for me.. I’m 67 and a lifelong mouth breathing sleeper (and snorer. )I would regularly wake needing to drink as my mouth was completely dry.I’ve been using these for three days now and love them. It’s immediately transformed my sleep and they are strangely comforting . I have sensitive skin and have not had any reaction to the adhesive .I can take it off during the night and stick it back on again if needed.They are stretchy and you can get air through the fabric so I don’t feel at all claustrophobic when wearing one.

If your like me who wakes up with their throat feeling like sandpaper then this is perfect for you it forces you to breathe through your nose but don’t worry you won’t suffocate you can still breathe through your mouthIt’s very comfortable and easy to apply and it honestly does the job the quality is good the tape doesn’t come of in the middle of the night like some other brandsThe only problem I see is that the glue is quite strong so when I wake up it hurts a little bit to take the tape off and some of it stays on your face and it’s hard to remove.

Works really well. Comfortable to wear all night (though it takes some getting used to). Firm hold but peels easily with a little care. Does not leave any residue.

I loved the first tin I got. Within a couple of nights I got used to the tape and they really improved my quality of sleep. Really good quality and value for money. They were comfortable and easy to remove. However, I re-ordered in January so as not to run out and this set is not as comfortable. The tape is much too sticky and the adhesive feels different. I am now unsure whether to continue to use this bramd.

The very strong glue made my mouth itch as soon as I put one on. The glue covers the whole thing. I thought it would just be round the edges. I feel rather foolish for buying these, but they may come in handy for fixing broken household items or bicycle tyres in the future. I like the tin, which I'm using for jewellery.

This is by far the best mouth tape for sleeping. I’ve tried loads of brands and these silk bamboo ones are without a doubt superior. They stick nicely throughout the night. They dont hurt my beard or lips. No smells etc and easy to apply.If you’re looking for the most effective mouth tape at a very reasonable price, go with these. Ignore any low rates reviews. Trust me….A++++ product, and the seller is really nice too and friendly. Plus a small business. Buy with confidence!(I’ve tried like a hundred snoring products!)

This is a great product - very competitive price and the best out of all tapes I have tried to reduce snoring and improve breathing ability. The adhesive isn't too strong but also ensures a comfortable stick throughout the night, something I was struggling to find with other products.

OK, but can be sticky, maybe due to recent hot weather so might be ok in winter colder months.Make sure you SLOWLY peel it off in morning to avoid it feeling uncomfortable if taken off too fast.Cut mine into 4 to 6 pieces, as the whole strip across the mouth feels too much restriction, where as a small virtical strip down middle of mouth is fine and stays on ok.Mouth breathing is very transformative health wise, but you need to give it a good go for at least 6 months to feel the benefits and deeper sleeps too.
