This product had cold bags and foil wrapping BUT was warm and mussy. The cold bags were melted and the cheese arrived uneatable.How do I receive a refund back on my amex card.?

Soft and tasty
Item arrived in a couple weeks and I used it in a recipe I had bc I can’t find it anywhere around here. The recipe bombed but the cheese was tasty. It can be used in several ways.
