Q: Is it possible to have several pairs of these in the same house? Will they link individually? Might they conflict with existing controller Floureon?

Hello, one remore control can pairs with multiple plug，if you need more pairs in the same house, maybe they conflict with other plug. We don't suggested that a house have two more remote control.

Q: I have had this 5 days and now it wont pair with the remote so won't swtich on. I have tried Manuel coding that won't work either. Any suggestions?

Send it back... this wont work with the plug and controller kit as that works on 433Mhz and this additional socket is 2.4Ghz... very misleading as it suggests this is an additional plug and it isnt!

No, my unit did not experience this issue and worked for about a year but then failed. I contacted Nashone for a replacement as it was within their 18 month warranty period, but they did not respond. I would suggest that you get a refund from Amazon immediately and let them deal with Nashone.

Take a battery out. Put it back in. You should see a flashing icon - either a flame or snowflake. Press either button to switch between them. After a while the unit reverts to normal setting mode. I lost my instructions and it took me a while to work this out. Hopefully this will remind others too. The problem occurs if you remove batteries when not in use then forget what happens when the batteries go back in.
