I ran this power bank for a year doing independent contracting (much heavy high battery use) riding a motorcycle on the highway a lot, while running money making sites and apps that paid cash for watching videos, rebates, and various phone activities, running literally six smart phones at a time and this power bank would charge multiple phones, rather quickly, that are all playing non stop videos at the same time, for 2 or 3 days and not be dead. You can use the devices while they're charging. It is rather heavy but beyond worth it. It does take 24 hours to charge, I think with one cord, and 12 with 2 cords. It has two ports to plug 2 charging cords in at a time, as indicated in the device instructions. It has 4 USB ports with 2 for apple, and 2 for Android charging, with indication of which ports are which, or your phones will tell you if you are using the wrong charging port. I used this bank really heavy for a good solid year before falling asleep at a public restaurant and dropping in the toilet. I do not remember what happened after the toilet drop but do believe it has no water tolerance or forgiveness like my Motorola s stylus 6 does, but this power bank is top of the line, over the top the best that I've seen. I love this power bank so much.

In the photo above you can see 3 items being charged all at once with a full charge on the Powerbank, my Power Pod which lives on my keychain for emergency charging of my phone, my UE Tower for amplifying music from my iPhone, and the white cord is charging my iPhone 8 plus. There is an additional USB port waiting for a 4th device to be plugged in. Only likes here, this product is unlike any other I have purchased anywhere. Study, durable, 4 ports for charging different items all at once, two lightning cables, choice of colors, fast charging, many hours of charge charging depending on how many items you charge at once. I will purchase additional power banks, this model, and keep them for hurricane and Northeaster power outages. Treat yourself, your mind will be at east knowing you can charge all your important items wherever you go, at home, on the train, plane, camping, I won't go anywhere without it!!

I have 3 of these, I use them constantly. In the summer one comes out on the porch with me so I don’t have to use an electrical source for my iPad and phone and fan and every other thing I have that runs on USB. I had an issue with one of them, the flashlight would not go off, so it was constantly draining the battery. I contacted the company directly (not Amazon) and even after a year, they are replacing my Bonai! I totally recommend this product, it does take a little while to charge, but that’s because it is loading such a big charge. I ran a fan on one for 12 hours! They let you be free to take your electronics with you wherever you go and I have a couple other chargers and there is no comparison. If you camp, go to the beach, take long drives or just want to sit in your yard without dragging an electrical cord with you, you need this!

I'm a galaxy s21 Ultra owner so my phone has a two day battery in it and uses up standard backups pretty fast.I gave th 4 stars instead of 5, because 1.) It came with 2x random stubby I bone cables. No idea that they were for? After messing with it I finally figured out they were the charging cables for the battery itself. Go figure.2.) Charging the battery- well with a high speed samsung charger it took about 5 hours before I gave up waiting to see the second light charge. (I mean this is a big ol battery). The answer? I just happened to have ordered a double USB charger "RAVpower 36 watt quick charge 3.0" (available here on Amazon) a couple of months ago and found out I could use BOTH charging cables at the same time!! The charging speed is A LOT shorter. AND it's safe to use with the battery. I recommend that charger anyways as I charge everything with it! ;) The charger and battery both do NOT get hot by the way. See photo.So, the battery itself is 5 star, using ibone short cables to charge it AND not knowing that there are 2 charging ports, microscopic instructions I minused a star. Nitpicking I know but it was LUCK I had the other charger.Anyhow, Bonai, love the battery and double charging option. Maybe add the charger with it? Not sure about cost...

This charger has been great and works as stated. Customer service was exceptional! They went above and beyond when I needed help with my charger!! Would definitely buy again.

Love this item. This is the second one I have purchased. I leave 2 cables in it at all times, one for my iPad and the one for my phone. I can get a charge at anytime. Its size makes it quick and easy to grab when I am on the go. It holds a charge well. I am never disappointed.

I purchased this in 2021 and it worked well for me until this year it started swelling. I’m afraid it will exploded so I have to get it recycled and can’t get a refund.
