Good condition, no ink
Product arrived quickly and was in perfect condition form the looks of it. Haven't been able to test out the printing yet because it didn't come with ink! 🤦

Will work for a college kid!
After searching for a decent priced printer for my college bound kid, this was the pick. I actually bought a new one if this model two years ago, but a new one now is double the price. I went back and forth on getting renewed one after reading some reviews on missing parts. Finally I decided I would get it and if it was not up to standard, send it back. I received it in a well protected box with power cable and two ink cartridges. This was probably the easiest HP I have ever owned to get set up on the WiFi which is funny. I loaded the ink up and right away the color cartridge didn’t work. I had back up ones so I pulled out one from my stash and it worked perfectly. I then received the cable to connect it to a laptop and it worked great. Where this is going it won’t be able to use WiFi so needed it to connect up through the cable. Other than no manual and a bad ink cartridge, this fits the purpose we bought it for.

Most complicated printer ever
This printer has made me want to cry since day #1!! It didn't arrive with any ink cartridges to begin with so you can not complete set up without ink. I thought ok, go to store and buy ink and life will be good again. Nope! Have to have special cartridges that are meant for 1st time use set up so I had to go through the process of doing that headache with customer service which they should've have included to begin with anyways. So get past that headache and then it's do a hours of different updates, literally, I am not kidding. And also have to use HP doctor to receive some of said updates. It was an internet and app nightmare!! And the touch screen menus are so complicated on this printer!! They go in circles, that's the only way I can describe it. Now here I am 6 months later and now it won't even print clearly anymore 😒 My ink levels are 100% full with brand new cartridges and I have run every diagnostic test random times with no results. I hate this printer. It literally makes me cry. I thought my kids would be all set to complete homework and we would have a smooth life here at home being able to make copies of important life documents as needed, but NOPE! Life just got alot more difficult because we can't print from home. And I am a single mom who can't afford to just go buy another new printer. Thats what this printer was supposed to be for. No returns, no warranty, no insurance...nothing available to help us out!

Really like having this
Many years ago I used to buy HP printers. I swore them off. My God they gave me problems. Then I bought a couple of Cannon printers afterwards and they both committed suicide the same way by sucking in a ton of paper in one go and bending up everything. So I swore off Cannon. I bought an Epson and really did suffer through all the major annoyances and I swore off Epson. I never enjoyed throwing something away before. The Brother ratings were even worse. So, I had to start over with HP despite a lot of low ratings I see here. Well, maybe my expectations over the years were lowered, but I absolutely love this printer. The color photos cannot be distinguished from the originals that I scan in. It is fast, very fast. And with the Instaink, it uses very little ink. I printed 350, mostly color full pages, and the cartridges are down, maybe 30%. I would have paid a fortune in ink if this were the Epson. I also got this HP refurbished. Installation was a snap. I didn't do anything. Both the Mac and the Windows PC found it, configured it and started using it. I'm very happy with this.

Excellent printer and great service from Image Warehouse...
This printer is a newer version of the HP Envy 5660 it replaced. The touch screen is much easier to use. It came with two ink cartridges and a USB cable. It was ordered on a Friday, shipped the same day and was delivered on Saturday (shipped from Illinois and received in Iowa). The only slight down-side is the printer is NOT covered by HP. There is a different company that covers the 90-day warranty. After registering the printer, two registration numbers appeared on their website. No one ever replied to a phone message that was left asking which number to use if their was an issue with the printer.

So far so good.
I bought the printer really to scan documents & so far, no problems. the only thing that I am annoyed with is I didn't do enough research because I need a printer with feeder to scan multiple pages at one time. Other than that, the photos & copy features are great. Setting up the printer was very easy and user friendly. I love the printer & will recommend it to anyone who just wants to use the printer/scanner for very basic functions.

Fair for the price
I bought this to replace my old printer which finally completely died on me. I went ahead and set it up and thought it would be easy. I was and wasn't. instead of just being able to plug it in and going it keeps bring up pop ups for ink sales and solicitations. Then once i finally got it up and running it was fair but nothing to outgoing to really make it stand out and say must buy this above all others. I will be looking at another printer maker because I am tired and annoyed of the pop ups that it keeps bringing up.
