Yes, this flour is original and was perfect for making homemade pasta. I had a hard time finding it in my local stores. Great price too. You can also freeze what you dont use.

I have made pastas and pies for many years. When I tried the Antimo Caputo, I was gobsmacked by the difference in my bakes. The pasta is especially good; it incorporates the eggs well and the pasta turns out supple but strong. I always keep extra in the freezer.

Favorite pasta flour. My husband has tried several brands and likes this one the best.

We received the flour in April. After sitting on the shelf for about 2 weeks we went to use the flour to make homemade extruded pasta. We were shocked to see "flour bugs/weevils". The package was sealed in plastic but not completely airtight and were crawling all over inside. Thankfully they appear to not have escaped. The best-by date is July so it was months from expiring. Waste of money!!!

Didnt have time to go to the place that i normally get this. Makes great pasta and I have used this in place of cornmeal in chicago deep dish pies and it works great

As advertised ..worked perfect in my greek dish and was reasonably priced! I will purchase again!
