I'd say the syrup/honey is lighter than in a true stroopwafel.

I've listed the ingredients here. I take two waffles and put a little pnut better between them like a sandwich. That way I get more protein along with the carbs from the waffle. Not too bad. It doesn't crumble when I put them in my back pocket in a plastic zip lock. Organic wheat flour, palm fruit oil, rice syrup, cane sugar, honey, soy flour, sea salt, soy lecithin, spices, baking soda. All items are organic per the packaging. Tasty. Not heavy on my stomach.

Yes of course..these are mini snack waffles ready to eat..
