As a setting Spray does this give you a matte or dewy finish?

I don’t believe this is a setting spray. It is used for hydration. I put mine in the refrigerator and spray my face in the morning while my coffee is brewing and before makeup.

Can you also spray on after makeup to set?

thank you for your question. No you can't. it's a moisturizer / refreshing spray. it will smudge your makeup. thank you.

Is this scented? Whats it smell like?

I don't know if it technically supposed to be "scented", but I do think it smells like cucumber water. I like it...seems very fresh to me.
