I modded this excellent mount, would never look back!
I purchased a Kel-Tec CP33 pistol, which utilizes an M-LOC dust cover for the accessory mount. Considering the lightweight nature of the pistol, I went with the polymer picatinny rail rather than an aluminum one- plus, the glass-filled polymer is more easily modified (and let's face it-I'm just mounting a lightweight light, not a heavy bipod). Magpul makes a shorter version (3-slot, I believe), which should fit the dust cover exactly without modification. But since I already had an Olight (this version does NOT have the adjustable mount), I knew that I'd need the next longer Magpul M-LOC mount. Only problem is, it doesn't really fit this pistol's slots (and I anticipated this). Thus comes the modifications. If you're in a similar boat, you'll need to carefully trim away the extended boss under one end of the mount where the supplied screw/nut goes. Take a 3/8" Forstner bit and carefully create a new recess in the center of the mount (see pic). Then drill the dead center of the recess to accommodate the machine screw's shank (I don't remember which size I used, sorry). A drill press really comes in handy with both of these operations. With a Dremel, I then created a small clearance recess on the one end of the mount to clear one of the dust cover's small machine screws. The Magpul's supplied machine screws and nuts then fit perfectly in the mount and onto the dust cover. Reinstalled the assembly onto the pistol, attached the light, and, VIOLA- everything is exactly as it should be. A solid mount, and the light is situated where it should be for my hand. Of course, I probably could have just ordered the 3-slot mount and the adjustable Olight, but I already had this light. The modifications really didn't take long at all (it took longer to write this!), and for me, what little work was required was well worth it. It would have been great if Magpul had made this mount already with the middle screw location molded in (are ya listening, Magpul?), but in lieu of this, I made it work, and I love it!

Great, inexpensive alternative for Magpul M-Lok rails
Like most people here, I was looking for an inexpensive alternative for the Magpul M-lok rail sections for my rifles. As great as Magpul quality is, having to spend $10+ for each rail adds up extremely quick. These rails from RSR have solved my search for inexpensive, quality m-lok rails. Down to the key points:1. These have the CORRECT M-LOK screws! I know there have been issues with other rails sold on Amazon that have been advertised they are made for the m-lok system, but I can confirm that these have the exact screws needed for M-Lok rails.2. If you need rails for the standard Magpul furniture (such as their handguards), you will want their MOE rails - they have larger washers. These rails are specific for the M-Lok system, and small enough to work in the rails with keeping a very tight fit.3. This will not work for key-mod; they are two different systems.4. These have a nice and tight, flush fit to several of the M-lok rails I have used them on5. Any accessories I have attached to these rails, such as verticle grips and lights, have held a very secure fit and have not moved due to recoil or heavy use. They will keep them as secure as the Magpul rails6. In my package one of my rails was slightly curved/not straight (this is the reason for 4 stars and not 5). I thought this was going to be a bigger problem, but after I secured it the rail to my handguard, it secured flush with the handguard and I didn't notice any bend in it. However, I also used my hands to kind of bend it a little beforehand to get it straighter before securing. I know these are polymer, but it would be nice to have all of the rails come straight when they arrived.Overall, these are my go-to rails for any m-lok system; great price point compared to Magpul brand, while retaining what I would say is the same quality. There's no need to shell out $10-15 per rail just to attach a foregrip or light, when you can get the same kind of security with this option.

Authentic M-lok
The foregrip of my tactical shorty shotgun is made by Magpul so when I wanted to mount a flood light on it I wanted a accessory rail made by the same manufacturer made to match. Because the grip is made of polymer it makes sense to use a polymer rail.It fits perfectly and has held the light rock solid even though blast after blast.Quick and easy to install and a precision fit.
