Great Quality
Bought two of these stair nosings for the top of my outdoor porch stairs. The careful packaging kept the treads intact during shipment. The are a good thickness with a nice paint finish. Easy to install with the included wood screws. A quality product at a decent price

Great for protecting outdoor wood steps
Installed these on outdoor wood steps leading up to our porch. These are high traffic steps, and previously the front end of the steps were splintering. It looked bad and wasn't safe. This nosing takes care of those issues. The build is strong and high quality, and I expect these to last forever. They're also ridiculously secure, with about 16 screws per piece of nosing. Installing was easy.

Worth. The. Money
I looked as so many other options for my deck steps but none looked as good as these or were as durable. This design is also what's on the steps to get up into an 18 wheeler and so I knew they worked well, so I bit the bullet and paid the premium. Glad I did because it's worth it!

Solid construction
The front porch wood was rotting on the edge. This covered it up and worked well.

Great for humans -- dogs beware!
I installed 4 of these on our wood front steps, because they get very slippery in the rain. They were easy to install and very sturdy. As advertised, these give excellent grip to human feet. I bought the yellow color so they're also very easy to see in low light. They look a little "industrial", but also very clean and professional.Unfortunately, one of my dogs, who weighs about 50 pounds, finds them a bit scary. She's been worried about them since I first installed them, a couple of months ago. Last night she slipped on the treads and fell on the stairs. One of her claws caught in the treads and tore off, leaving a bloody, painful wound. She's going to be fine, but she's now even more careful around those steps. For now, I'm leaving them installed because, other than this one issue, they've been fantastic. But I thought other dog owners might want to know about this, as well.

Good choice
This looks great on my med. grey top step. I won't have keep painting it any more from being scuffed.
