I like this brand.

It's an important supplement so I will take it. But it has a strong odor and I gag easily. But I try to keep taking it.

Has a sulfuric smell but for the benefits and price who cares? Just chase it with water and call it a day. I like that the dose is only 100mcg and not 200+ because it allows me wiggle room in case I eat any selenium rich foods throughout the day. This is not a mineral you want to go overboard on (400mcg a day is the general max for adults). I'd like to note that when taking this I experience a very calming effect. Like the muscles in my back warm up and relax. I know it's the selenium because on days I don't take it that feeling isn't there. I guess that's some of the oxidative stress being released. Anywho, I definitely recommend to those struggling with a selenium deficiency or thyroid issues. Don't miss out on a good supplement just because it smells a little funky.

I’m trying them. Suppose to be good for thyroid, so I’m hoping for the best.Haven’t had them long enough to know, but I’m sure they’re good. I think I also read years ago that I needed selenium to make my vitamin E work.
