I am very happy with this product for many reasons. Firstly, it provides the optimum dose of vitamin D 2500IU. Secondly, it has really improved my mood and energy levels. Another important reason I chose this product is because it also contains coconut oil and sunflower oil - these improve absorption of the vitamin D as it is fat soluble. The capsules are easy to swallow too. It’s hard to find a Vitamin D3 with no nasty additives or animal products but this is the one! I will be taking this year round.

We have been using this for a while now as the previous D we got turned out not to be Vegan. We tried one suspended in Oil but it tasted awful so we were please to find this one in a capsule form. We empty the powder contents into a smoothie and have re ordered it.

I had a very bad injury at work and pulled out my right arm. I heard that vitamin D3 can help with joints and making collagen. This was the best D3 vitamin I have ever bought and I am now 48. I have bought many, trust me. Not that just it helped with the joint pains, it also made me feeling calm and relax. I have been in a lot of pain since my accident. I would suggest this D3 to everyone...you will feel the difference just after 3 days!!!! I am so happy to find this product. Take 2 a day if you can, always with the bigger meals x

Recent blood test showed very low level of vitamin D so decided to use a supplement. I have an allergy to Lanolin so was advised to stay away from lanolin derived D3. Came across these, derived from lichen, and seem like a good choice so far. Been taking them for 3 weeks now. Quite easy to swallow and reasonable value. Will update after blood test.

Good quality product. Works well. Tablets could be a little smaller for ease of swallowing.

Finally a vegan Colcalciferol! And it’s affordable. It tastes a bit unusual and reminds me of when I used to cook with Sunflower oil, but this is okay! They are lightweight and as easy to swallow as any capsule. They look to be made with quality ingredients and no irradiation, or most (if not all) common food allergens. In a glass bottle with a metal top, I’ve reduced the amount of plastic I’ve contributed to and eliminated the Chemist Blister packs...Plus! I’ve finally got Vegan D3 and am so excited about that!

A recent blood test revealed I had low vitamin D blood levels. I bought these to try to correct this problem. So far so good, but I will be taking these everyday, and will update my review after a follow-up blood test in 4 months time which will reveal the affect this supplement has had in my levels.EDIT: So, after trialing this product for 5 months as described above, I retested my vitamin D levels. My vitamin D levels showed a very slight increase which moved my vitamin D a bit closer to the normal level, but it was nowhere near the increase that I would have expected at this high dosage. The increase could simply be due to increased sunlight exposure, as the months changed into summer, rather than a consequence of taking these tablets. Due to this, unfortunately I do doubt the dosage level of absorbable vitamin D included in these tablets, and I personally will not be repurchasing them.I have attached my blood results as an image.
