I am very satisfied with the MaxPro PTM405M treadmill. It’s perfect for home workouts — the motor runs smoothly with no unnecessary noise, which is great for indoor use. The treadmill is compact, foldable, and has all the basic features.The installation service was quick, and the technician explained all the features clearly, including how to use and maintain the treadmill. It’s also easy to operate, and the Bluetooth connectivity is a nice bonus.

Best for daily usages in home 3 members using,each member using 1hr+ on and the machine fine I also purchased an stabilizer for the machine and it's good maximum speed is 14kmph and it's really amazing easy to install good quality meterial used and suitable for small space the big display is cool and it is equipped with bluetooth speaker and sound quality is good for the purpose, over all its compact easy to carry and working amazing, we can easy install buy screwing 4 screws on 4 sides, I'm recommending to buy there stabilizer because it has BLDC motor, manually inclination is really easy just remove a pin and adjust both sides

I am writing this review after four months of continued use and I am overall satisfied with this product. Among other options available in this price range (with similar horse power and belt dimensions), I chose this machine because of its prompt customer support and portability of the machine. I have been using it daily twice a day 30 minutes each and there are following key learnings to make best use of this machine (not called out on Amazon):1. Oil the belt every 15 days with silicon oil. The bottle that comes with machine lasts for 1-2 use, so I had to purchase 1l bottle separately.2. Machine should not be used for more than 40 minutes in one session. These machines use DC motors which cannot be used continuously like the professional machines used in gym which are based on AC motors with 6+hp.3. Avoid tightening the belt to prevent slippage. In my case, the belt used to slip while running and I assumed that it needs to be tightened when it actually need periodic lubrication. I eneded up damaging the belt and the dc motor because of over tightening the belt. Thankfully company replaced both of them at free of cost.Now following are pros and cons of the machine:Pros:1. Easy to assemble and easy to install, didn't require any tech visit. Was able to use the machine from the same day when it was delivered. You do need to use it with a minimum 4kva stabilizer.2. Lightweight and portable. The machine can be easily moved around for cleaning.3. Excellent build quality. The overall frame is solid and stable. Doesn't make unnecessary noise while running at the speed of 8+kmph (with a person like me weighing 80+kg)4. Excellent customer support - I had to seek help from customer support because one of the resting wheel tore apart. The tech visit was prompt and he noticed other problems with my machine like belt worn out because of not oiling it and smell coming from dc motor because belt worn out. Company sent new replacements for both belt and the dc motor within a week and all the problems were addressed on priority. I just had to pay ₹750 for technician visit which seems fine given they covered almost 10k worth of belt and motor free of cost.Cons:1. Limited time of use - machine cannot be used for more than 40 minutes in one session. Though I now understand is justified based on the price point but company should have have done a better job in explicitly calling it out on the Amazon product page.2. Better instructions for the user - I learnt the hard way how to properly oil the belt and tighten it to avoid slippage. This could have been better explained through help videos and other resources.Overall, it's one of the best economical machine available at this price point which serves well for home use.

Very good choice of treadmill for home use. Also comes with a massager and 2 dumbbells. Once treadmill is delivered, someone from maxpro's team contacts you if you've selected installation option. They arrange for installation and the entire process was smooth with a detailed demo on all functionalities. Treadmill is in very good condition and packaging was also very good. Been using it for a week now and no complaints so far. A small note of caution for those using this in areas with power fluctuations, when the power goes the treadmill stops suddenly. But definitely great product quality and great customer support till now from MAXPRO team!

Installation by Vijil was so satisfying and informative...All the functioning and programs are carefully explained meticulously with precision...Installation, service and aftermarket support is 5/5..Worth buying and great service by Vijil(Maxpro executive).In Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta(Kerala) you will get service by Vijil. Purchase Maxpro stabiliser or Vguard VWR 400 stabiliser-both are step-down stabilisers.Buy a 6amp socket with Vguard stabiliser (Do not buy Vguard VM 400 listed on Amazon, does not support treadmill). Maxpro executive will come and service every 3 months and I recommend that you to purchase AMC (PER year 2500/- ,includes installation charges and service for 1 year also included an continue after 1 year before it ends).Treadmill works fine,Bluetooth speakers are moderately good,fast pairing with fitshow app and can control everything from phone itself.Satisfied.Go for maxpro and not another brand as this provides good customer support especially if you are from above said cities.

Easy and safe to use. A very good product from maxpro. Portable as wheels are there easy to handle. Value for money.
