A good pizza flour for a good price.
This is very nice flour. I just had to try it out, so I purchased a case. I make a sourdough crust. It comes out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I bake it in a 500 F oven on heated cast iron for about 7 minutes. I’m very happy with the results. I do get good results with all purpose flour as well, but the Caputo is probably a little better. Enjoy.

Doesn’t raise blood sugar
My sister is obsessed with controlling her blood sugar and wears a patch on her arm, recording everything she eats. A neighbor told her about this flour and she bought it. Sure enough, it didnt affect her blood sugar. I bought 10 bags because it was more cost effective. Lucky I bought it when I did, because the price increased by a lot! Thanks TRUMP!

Best Bread Flour
I love this brand of bread flour; it helped me learn the art of sourdough! The smaller packs stored easily in my lack of cupboard space in my kitchen (the excess was stored in a pantry). The cost was very reasonable! Happy Baking!!

Highly recommended
My favorite brand of flour so far. I use this to make sourdough bread and to bake with. Never had a problem with it and have bought many times as well as for my kids so they can make bread at home as well.

gental on the stomach
Very pleased with this Flour. I have made rolls and sandwich bread. I find that it does not bother my stomach life U S A Flour.

Pricey but worth it
I can only use it on special occasions because of the price but this was a special occasion. Hopefully soon the US will have access to good flour like this due to RFK. Texture is wonderful
