Dear MUNBYN Customer, no. It is suggested to hold a tool of 500 labels.

Q: Can I manually rewind printed labels with this?

You can try but the result will be a mess... It lacks the tension necessary to keep the rewinded roll neat and tight and I don't think it was designed to do that.

Q: While it work with 3" core label rolls?

You can also use /smaller labels by stacking and then have it just go over the roll into the printer

Q: Would a 4.25 inch wide roll fit on the spool?

this printer will only work with the specified sized roll in the description!
